I had my baby 5 months ago and am just feeling ready to explore these topics. Am I too late?
No! ALL ARE WELCOME TO THIS COURSE!! THERE IS NO POSTPARTUM WEEK CUT OFF! We don’t expect postpartum healing to look the same for everyone.
I feel nervous leaving my baby behind. Can I bring them with me?
Absolutely! We welcome you and your little one. We simply ask that if your baby is mobile, you leave them at home. We’d love to see them but they may be a distraction for others.
I’d enjoy the time to learn more about what I’m going through without my baby. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! You do whatever is best for you to take care of yourself!
I want to come to these series but I am out of town one of the weeks. Can I sign up for only 1 week?
Since this is considered a “closed group” we do not offer one-week purchases. However, we understand life (and life with a baby!!) looks different every day. If you are unable to join one of the weeks, you are welcome to make it up in another series or join via Zoom. Please note if you zoom in to class, you will not be able to actively participate.
This is my second baby. Does this series still make sense for me?
