In Person Private Birthing Class
$715.00A more intimate setting to learn essential information for your big day! In this session we will discuss the antepartum, labor and postpartum period. We will talk about comfort measure options during labor, pain management, breathing techniques, position changes and partner support. You will learn how to stay home during the early part of labor and when it is time to head to the hospital. We will touch on breast feeding, bottle feeding, and how to prepare for the early weeks at home. There is so much to learn and discover! Upon registering for your private birthing class, we will have a 15min phone consultation discussing focus points that are important to you and your partner! I look forward to meeting with you!
